Due to unforeseen highway closures, all orders being delivered to areas east of the Lower Mainland, B.C. will be sent via Canada Post air freight. However, some customers may still experience delays in receiving their orders. We are working hard to ship as quickly as we can to minimize this, and appreciate your patience.
In keeping with Blue Sky's eco values, our clothing returns are not discarded/thrown into the landfill. We strive for best practices, offering fair returns while preventing waste, pollution, and financial loss.
Our return/exchange policy is 30 days. Full-priced items can be refunded or exchanged. 50% sale items can be returned for exchange or gift card. 70% off sale items, $20 and $10 sale items, flash sale items, masks and underwear are final sale.

Regular Parcel - takes 4 to 12 days to deliver depending on location; not insured
Expedited Parcel - takes 2 to 11 days to deliver depending on location; delivery confirmation is available; insured up to $100 automatically
Xpresspost - takes up to 3 days depending on location; delivery confirmation is available; insured up to $100 automatically
Priority - next day and up to 3 days depending on location; 5 - 8 days for Northern regions and remote centres; signature required
Need to change an existing order? Please email firstname.lastname@example.org ; add 'change order' to the subject line, and provide your order number and desired change. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
When checking out, select the "Pickup" option. Although the standard pickup location is our Lonsdale store in North Vancouver, you can specify a different Blue Sky store by one of these methods:
1) leaving a note in the instructions/notes box at the bottom of the payment section
2) phoning us at 604-363-6664
3) replying to your confirmation email
4) emailing email@example.com
The store in question will phone you once your parcel arrives, which will take from 3-7 business days after it has been completed.
Processing times vary. If we have the garments in stock, turnaround can be as little as 2 business days. However, if a garment comes from a different store location processing could be 7 - 10 days.
