On certain occasions we may not have the item you have ordered in stock due to previous sale that have yet to be adjusted in our systems or because we run out of stock of items by the time, we are fulfilling your order.
If this happens, we will reach out and offer some alternatives that you might be interested in or offer a refund for the part of the order that cannot be fulfilled.
We will contact you to the phone number you provided on your profile or your e-mail address. Unfortunately, we cannot hold the order for more than 5 days. If we do not receive a reply after 3 days, we will cancel the item and issue a refund to your card.
