All returns will be processed from 3 to 7 days from the moment the package is received. Once we have processed your refund, exchange, or store credit, a notification will be sent to your registered e-mail with all the details of the transaction. Refunds might take 3 to 8 business days to be reflected on your card.   

Please note, that we only accept returns that were purchased through our website blueskyclothingco.com. Any orders placed from other third-party retailers will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.

Please note if you wish to return any bag or purse, items have to be in the same condition they were shipped and with their respective tags. Any item with scratches, without tags, or used will not be processed for a return.
