Sharpie Dress, Sofine
Description
The Sharpie Dress features a round neckline, with short sleeves and a tiered skirt. Small buttons line the front of the bodice, from the neckline to the top of the skirt, and the short sleeves flare away from the shoulder. The tiered skirt starts just under the bust and cascades down to just below the knee.
